All facilities utilize self-directed teams, cellular manufacturing; and JIT Principles with customer dedicated systems and services. We have dedicated materials and customer service personnel that utilize an MRP II system to meet customer-forecasting needs. We support these manufacturing processes with vertical integration in metal cutting, screw machining, placing, painting, extrusion, plastic moulding and zinc die cast.
